We begin with a scoping conversation — usually around 60 to 90 minutes — where we understand the organisation's context, challenges, and what success looks like. From there, we put together a tailored proposal outlining the approach, deliverables, timeline, and fee. There's no pressure to proceed until you're comfortable with the plan.
Yes, fully. The content of coaching sessions is entirely confidential between the coach and the participant. If the engagement is sponsored by an organisation, we discuss at the outset what — if anything — is reported back, and the participant has full visibility of any communication.
Both. Many elements of our work can be conducted effectively through virtual sessions. For exercises like tabletop simulations or stakeholder workshops, in-person delivery is generally preferable — but we discuss what's practical for each engagement and adapt accordingly.
Structural deliverables — plans, communication templates, measurement dashboards — are completed within the engagement period. The broader impact of organisational change takes longer to become visible. We include a monitoring framework so the team can track progress after our engagement concludes.
The fees listed reflect the standard scope for each service. If an engagement requires a significantly expanded scope, we discuss this transparently before any work begins. Our proposals outline exactly what is included, so there are no surprises.
