Three Engagements,
Clearly Described
Each service has a defined scope, a structured process, and specific deliverables. We set out here what each engagement involves so you can assess whether it addresses what you need.
← Back to HomeOur Consulting Approach
All Vantage Helm engagements begin with a structured scoping phase — a period of understanding before any advisory work begins. We ask about organisational context, current challenges, available resources, and what a successful outcome would look like. This informs a written proposal that defines scope, process, and expected deliverables.
Delivery is iterative — we share work-in-progress with clients for input before finalising. Our engagements end with a handover session and, where appropriate, a follow-up check-in 4–8 weeks after completion to support implementation.
Business Continuity Planning
Helps organisations prepare for disruptions by developing a structured continuity plan. The engagement covers risk identification, impact analysis across business functions, recovery priority sequencing, and documentation of response procedures. Scenarios include natural events, technology failures, supply chain disruptions, and key personnel unavailability.
Key Deliverables
- Business Impact Analysis document
- Risk register and assessment matrix
- Continuity plan with response procedures
- Tabletop exercise facilitation and report
- Plan maintenance guide for internal use

Identify scenarios, assess likelihood and impact, map recovery priorities
Draft response procedures with client input and iterative review
Facilitate a live scenario exercise with the leadership team to test the plan

Engagement Process
Identify all parties affected by the change; assess influence, interest, and likely response

Change Management Advisory
Supports organisations through significant internal transitions — technology implementations, restructuring, merger integration, or cultural shifts. The advisory recognises that organisational change is fundamentally a human process, and emphasises engagement and understanding alongside structural adjustments. Can be provided as a standalone engagement or embedded alongside a broader transformation programme.
